Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
Open Lens & Muse → Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This is immediate and works without contacting us.
What gets deleted
Your profile, card, photos, active links, blocks and push tokens are deleted straight away. If a shoot you own has a counterpart with their own account, that shoot and any signed document transfer to them so their record isn't lost — your participant row is anonymised. If the counterpart has no account, the shoot and any unsigned documents are deleted; they already received any signed PDF by email. Signed documents are kept for 7 years from signing regardless of account deletion, because both parties may need that record — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription — cancel it separately in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings, or it will continue to renew.

Email us and we'll delete your account for you. Please send this request from the email address on your account so we can verify it's you.
